Second: Initial instructions before arrival

In case of any emergency, follow these guidelines to protect your pet and reduce risks:

  • Stay as calm as possible to avoid increasing your pet’s stress

  • Do not give human medications or any treatment without veterinary advice

  • If there is bleeding, apply gentle pressure using gauze or a clean cloth

  • In case of suspected poisoning, keep a sample of the substance or its packaging if possible

  • Transport your pet carefully in a box or blanket to avoid further injury

  • Avoid feeding or giving water in cases of vomiting or loss of consciousness

  • Contact the clinic immediately to inform the team before arrival
