First: Cases that require immediate arrival

Difficulty or cessation of breathing
Continuous bleeding or deep injuries
Loss of consciousness or fainting
Seizures or neurological attacks
Severe and repeated vomiting or diarrhea, especially if accompanied by blood
Swallowing a foreign object or toxic substances
Severe abdominal swelling or signs of acute pain
Difficulty or inability to urinate
Falls or road traffic accidents
High fever or abnormal lethargy
Second: Initial instructions before arrival
In case of any emergency, follow these guidelines to protect your pet and reduce risks:
Stay as calm as possible to avoid increasing your pet’s stress
Do not give human medications or any treatment without veterinary advice
If there is bleeding, apply gentle pressure using gauze or a clean cloth
In case of suspected poisoning, keep a sample of the substance or its packaging if possible
Transport your pet carefully in a box or blanket to avoid further injury
Avoid feeding or giving water in cases of vomiting or loss of consciousness
Contact the clinic immediately to inform the team before arrival
