By using Dr. Paws services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
All services provided are intended for veterinary care based on the evaluation of the specialist veterinarian.
The clinic has the right to determine the appropriate treatment or procedure for the medical case after examination.
Appointments are confirmed according to the availability of veterinarians and the clinic’s schedule.
In emergency cases, priority is given based on the severity of the condition.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the pet’s condition and medical history.
The duration of treatment or diagnosis may vary depending on the nature of the case.
Refund Policy
In case of a refund request, the following procedures apply:
The client’s details are sent to customer service for request verification.
The name and bank account number must match the account holder’s information exactly.
After approval, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days.
Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount and are the client’s responsibility.
No refunds are issued after the veterinary service has been provided, except upon evaluation by the relevant management.
